Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 2026

Kallfy (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an AI voice receptionist platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services at kallfy.com.

01Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, configure your AI receptionist, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and business information.

We also collect information automatically when you use Kallfy, including call recordings and transcripts (with caller notification), usage data, IP address, browser type, and device information.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate your AI receptionist and process calls; qualify leads and book appointments on your behalf; sync data with your connected CRM and calendar; send you call summaries, notifications, and service-related emails; improve our AI models and service quality; and respond to your support requests.

We may also send you marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

03Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Kallfy — including telephony providers, AI voice and transcription services, cloud hosting, and payment processors — and only as necessary to deliver the service.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kallfy and its users.

04Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default; you can delete them at any time from your dashboard.

When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or regulation.

05Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.

06Cookies & Tracking

Kallfy uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how our website and application are used.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the service.

07Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and request data portability.

You can exercise most of these rights directly from your Kallfy dashboard. For additional requests, email us at privacy@kallfy.com.
